American Durafilm has expanded upon its polyimide tubing production technology to provide polyimide coated wire and mandrels. With years of experience applying polyimide coating to wires, we are able to provide precision coating thicknesses to wire diameters ranging from 0.005” – 0.115” in both continuous spools and discrete lengths. Discrete lengths of up to 60” can be provided for mandrels, wires, and pipe OD’s up to 2.5”.
