Our capabilities allow us to coat wire ranging from 0.005” – 0.090” in diameter with tolerances as tight as 0.0001”. These small diameter wires can be supplied in discrete cut lengths up to 72” long.
Our technology extends beyond the processing of small diameter wire, allowing us to coat larger discrete length mandrels and 3D forms with custom masking. We offer even more coating options.
